My Realtor Scott Garrison Helped me get a GREAT DEAL on buying a home I am going to fix up and Flip for a Profit in Ventura Country Club near the Orlando Airport! My whole family has been working with Scott for many, many years and he has helped us buy several Investment properties and Rentals, and sell lots of them for a good price too. This one we just bought was owned by some other clients of his who wanted a quick sale for all Cash and it just needs paint and carpet, so we bought it and will get it turned around soon of course we will work with Scott Garrison again to get the best price possible. Scott helped us a lot when my parents could no longer keep up with the home that he helped them buy 15 years ago in Ventura near the Airport in Orlando. The home needed many repairs and updating that we could not manage. Once we gave Scott the go ahead to show it, he found an all-cash buyer for us in less than a week who bought as is.
